Important Information Before You Cancel
Annual Memberships:
- If you're within your 14-day free trial period, you will not be charged.
- After 14 days, no refund is provided, but your membership remains active until your next billing date
Monthly Memberships:
- No refund is provided for the current billing period
- Your membership remains active until your next monthly billing date
After Cancellation:
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
- Your membership remains active and available until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- All saved offers and account data remain accessible until the membership expires
How To Cancel Your Membership
Once logged into your account, follow these steps:
1. Go to Your Account Page
- Log in at member.entertainment.com or open the Entertainment Coupons app
- Navigate to your Account page (top-right corner or app menu)
2. Tap Manage Subscriptions
- Select Manage Subscriptions or Billing Settings
3. Select Cancel Subscription
- Click or tap Cancel Subscription
- You may be asked to provide a reason for cancelling (optional)
4. Verify Cancellation
- Confirm by tapping Cancel Subscription or Confirm Cancellation
- Read the confirmation message carefully
5. Check Your Email
- Verification of the cancellation will be emailed to you
- Keep this email for your records
What Happens After I Cancel?
- Your membership remains active until the billing date listed in your account
- You can continue using all membership benefits until that date
- No refund is provided for unused time (except during 14-day trial period)
- Your account will not be charged again
- After the expiration date, you'll lose access to membership offers
Changed Your Mind?
- If you cancelled by mistake, you can restore your membership before the cancellation date passes.
