Introduction
These Entertainment Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") supplement the Kigo Terms of Use and govern your use of Entertainment Memberships. By purchasing or using an Entertainment Membership, you agree to both the Kigo Terms of Use and these Membership Terms.
Important: These Membership Terms should be read in conjunction with the Kigo Terms of Use available at Terms of Use. The Kigo Terms of Use govern all aspects of Offers, Rewards, redemption procedures, and general platform use. These Membership Terms address the Entertainment Membership-specific provisions.
1. About Entertainment Memberships
Entertainment Memberships are a premium membership product offered by Kigo, an Augeo company, that provides access to local and national discounts throughout the U.S. and Canada, including:
- Dining, attractions, activities, shopping, services, and travel offers
- 2-for-1 and up to 50% off coupons
- Exclusive online retail and travel savings
2. Membership Access
2.1 Digital Memberships
Entertainment Digital Memberships are available in the following terms:
- Monthly Membership
- 365-day Membership (annual)
2.2 Access Methods
With an active Entertainment Membership, you can access offers through:
- Entertainment Coupons app (Apple® and Android® devices)
- Member portal at https://member.entertainment.com
2.3 Account Registration
Account registration and management are governed by the Kigo Terms of Use (Section 2). You must:
- Register with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- An email address may only be associated with one active Membership
- Notify Kigo of any unauthorized access
3. Membership Fees and Payment
3.1 Purchase and Pricing
- Monthly Membership fees are paid in full upon purchase
- Annual Memberships provide a 14-day free trial before fees are paid
- Available for purchase at https://shop.entertainment.com
- May also be available through authorized Partner and Fundraiser organizations
- All prices listed in U.S. currency
- Payment method is credit card
- Completing subscription purchase and account creation provides immediate access to Membership benefits. No access code is required.
3.2 Automatically Renewing Memberships
Some Entertainment Memberships include automatic renewal options (monthly or annual):
- By enrolling in auto-renewal, you authorize Kigo to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal period
- You will be notified before each annual renewal charge
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Entertainment Account settings or by contacting customer support
- Cancellations made after the first 14 days will remain active until the next scheduled renewal date
- Unless you cancel before a renewal charge, your Membership will automatically continue, and your payment method will be charged
4. Refund Policy
4.1 14-Day Trial Period
Annual Entertainment Memberships purchased directly from Kigo include a 14-day trial period:
- If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund
- Refund requests must be submitted to customer support at help@entertainment.com.
- This trial period applies only to new annual Memberships purchased directly from Kigo (not through Fundraisers or third parties)
4.2 Non-Refundable After Trial Period
After the 14-day trial period, Membership fees are non-refundable, including:
- Unused portion of Membership term
- Unredeemed Offers or benefits
5. Access Codes
If you received an Entertainment access code through a Partner organization, Fundraiser program, promotional offer, or corporate benefit program:
- Access codes provide non-renewing Membership access for a specified duration
- You must register your access code at member.entertainment.com or the Entertainment app to activate your Membership. Account registration terms apply
- Access codes may have expiration dates as specified
- Lost or expired access codes may not be replaced
- Access codes are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared
6. Membership Benefits and Offer Availability
6.1 Offer Access
Entertainment Memberships provide access to Offers from participating merchants throughout the United States and Canada. The specific Offers available may:
- Vary by geographic location
- Change without notice as merchants are added or removed
- Differ based on merchant participation agreements
- Be subject to merchant-specific terms and conditions
6.2 No Guarantee of Specific Offers
Kigo does not guarantee:
- That any specific merchant or Offer will be available
- That Offers will remain available for the duration of your Membership
- Any minimum number or value of Offers
- Merchants may add, remove, or modify their Offers at any time without notice.
7. Membership Terms and Expiration
7.1 Membership Period
Your Entertainment Membership subscription is active for the purchased term (30 days or 365 days) beginning on the date of purchase.
7.2 Expiration
- Memberships expire at the end of the purchase term
- Non-renewing Memberships: Access ends on expiration date
- Auto-renewing Memberships: Automatically renew unless cancelled
7.3 No Extensions
Kigo does not provide extensions, credits or monetary reimbursement for:
- Periods of non-use
- Technical issues or downtime (except as required by law)
- Unavailability of specific Offers
8. Membership Conditions and Restrictions
8.1 Personal Use Only
Entertainment Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use by the individual account holder:
- One Membership per person
- Not transferable to other individuals
- Not for resale or commercial purposes
- May not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without written consent from Kigo
8.2 Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Barter, trade, sale, purchase, or transfer of your Membership
- Use of your Membership for commercial purposes
- Sharing your Membership access with others
- Automated or bulk redemption of Offers
- Any use that violates the Kigo Terms of Use
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate Membership termination without refund.
9. Geographic and Holiday Restrictions
9.1 Geographic Availability
Entertainment Membership Offers are available throughout the United States and Canada, subject to:
- Merchant participation in specific regions
- Local laws and regulations
- State or municipal restrictions
Note: Some Offers may not be valid in certain jurisdictions, including:
- San Diego, California (per Municipal Code 33.2713)
- Other jurisdictions where prohibited by law
9.2 Major Holiday Exclusions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Offers are not valid on the following major holidays:
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
- Valentine's Day
- St. Patrick's Day
- Easter
- Mother's Day
- Father's Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Canada Additional Exclusions:
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Labor Day
- Boxing Day

10. Membership Changes and Termination
10.1 Changes by Kigo
Kigo reserves the right to modify Entertainment Membership at any time, including:
- Membership pricing (for new purchases and renewals)
- Membership benefits and features
- Available Offer categories or types
- Access methods and platforms
- These Membership Terms
Changes to existing active Memberships will not reduce the core benefit of access to Offers during the current Membership term. Your continued use of your Membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10.2 Termination by Kigo
Kigo may terminate your Entertainment Membership immediately for:
- Violation of these Membership Terms or the Kigo Terms of Use
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of Membership benefits
- Violation of applicable laws
- Conduct harmful to Kigo, merchants, or other users
Upon termination:
- You will lose access to all Membership benefits
- No refund will be provided (except as required by law)
- You remain liable for any violations that occurred during your Membership
10.3 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your Membership at any time by:
- Managing your subscription through your Entertainment Membership Account settings
- Contacting customer support at help@entertainment.com
Upon cancellation:
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: Eligible for no charge (see Section 4.1)
- After 14 days: No refund; access continues through end of paid term
- Auto-renewal: Stops future charges but current term remains active
11. Entertainment Membership-Specific Disclaimers
11.1 Merchant Relationships
Entertainment Membership Offers are provided by independent third-party merchants. Kigo:
- Does not endorse any participating merchants
- Is not responsible for merchant performance or Offer fulfillment
- Does not guarantee merchant participation
- Will attempt to secure merchant compliance but has no control over merchant actions
- Is not responsible for refunding costs if a merchant refuses to honor an Offer
Members are encouraged to confirm Offer details with the merchant establishment before making a purchase or dining reservation to ensure the Offer will be honored.
11.2 Savings Estimates
Any "Estimated Savings" or "Lifetime Savings" amounts displayed are:
- Estimates only, based on average Offer values
- Not verified against actual transaction amounts
- Not guaranteed actual savings
- Provided for illustrative purposes only
11.3 No Warranty of Availability
Kigo makes no warranty that:
- Any specific Offer will be available at any time
- Merchants will honor Offers
- The Entertainment Membership will provide any specific value or savings
- Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

13.2 Conflicts
In the event of any conflict between these Entertainment Membership Terms and the Kigo Terms of Use:
- The Kigo Terms of Use shall govern, except where
- These Membership Terms explicitly address Entertainment Membership-specific provisions (such as refund policy, membership types, or pricing)
13.3 Defined Terms
Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Membership Terms have the meanings given in the Kigo Terms of Use.
