Your subscription automatically renews at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually) based on the date you originally subscribed.
How To Find Your Next Charge Date
- Log in to your account at member.entertainment.com or the Entertainment app
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Manage Subscription or Billing Settings
- Your next renewal date will be displayed
First Charge (Annual Memberships)
- Annual Memberships include a 14-day free trial
- Your card will be charged at the end of the 14-day trial period
- If you cancel within 14 days, you will not be charged
First Charge (Monthly Memberships)
- Monthly Memberships do not include a free trial
- Your card is charged immediately upon purchase
- Subsequent charges occur monthly on the same date
