Yes! You can restore your Membership if the cancellation date has not yet passed.
Important: Once your membership expiration date passes, this option is no longer available. You'll need to purchase a new subscription.
How To Restore Your Membership
Once logged into your account, follow these steps:
1. Go to Your Account Page
- Log in at member.entertainment.com or open the Entertainment Coupons app
- Navigate to your Account page
2. Tap Manage Subscriptions
- Select Manage Subscriptions or Billing Settings
3. Select Don't Cancel Subscription
- Look for an option like Don't Cancel Subscription or Renew Subscription
- Click or tap that option
4. Verify Renewal
- Confirm by tapping Renew Subscription or Reactivate
5. Check Your Email
- You'll receive a confirmation email that your membership will continue
- Your cancellation has been reversed
What Happens After Reactivation?
- Your Digital Membership will remain active and available for use
- Your subscription fee will be charged at the billing date listed within your account
- Auto-renewal will resume according to your membership plan (monthly or annual)
- You can cancel again at any time if needed
What If The Cancellation Date Already Passed?
If your membership has already expired:
- You cannot reactivate the old subscription
- You'll need to purchase a new membership subscription
